Food fight against cancer

Cancer is one of the most widespread diseases today: a close relative, friend or ourselves, if we always have someone who has suffered. Many doctors believe that a third of all cancer deaths are related to dietary problems. What we eat can harm us, but also help. So today we want to tell about some foods to fight cancer. Note that where possible, they should be organic, without pesticides and are not transgenic.

These vegetables contain a chemical called indole-3 -carbinol, which fights breast cancer transforming the cancer promoting estrogen into a good one. Nuts

Mushrooms

Shitake, maitake, reishi, Agaricus Blazei and Coriolus versicolor are among the fungi that protect against cancer. This is because they contain polysaccharides, compounds that help in building a strong immune system. Moreover, lectin contains a substance that destroys cancer cells. Today, in Japan the use of mushroom extracts as adjunctive therapy of chemotherapy is fully extended.

Raspberry

The raspberries have vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that may protect against cancer. Studies in rats have shown that a diet rich in black raspberry – especially successful in reducing esophageal and colon cancers. May also be useful other red fruits like strawberries or blueberries.

Green and black tea

These two varieties of tea contain antioxidants that prevent cancer cells from dividing. Green tea has higher amount of catechin, but also beneficial black tea. Protect against various cancers, among which are the stomach, lung, colon, rectum, liver and pancreas.

Without any doubt, include these foods in our diet to fight cancer is important, but we must also keep in mind that you need to have a diet with a wide variety of food, and especially care how these have been produced.
